Someone who is on-board as an extension of your organization with a thorough understanding of your unique Salesforce instance. How AOD Works. Retaining professional services is nothing new. You agree to retain the services of LionzForce for a minimum monthly commitment of 8 hours. In return you have 8 hours of LionzForce expertise at your disposal. There are no restrictions on which CRM services you engage. By making the minimum monthly commitment of 8 hours you lock in a 30% discounted hourly rate for all LionzForce services. You will billed for the 8 hours at the beginning of each month. LionzForce will provide a written report accounting for how time was utilized. LionzForce will advise you when the 8 hours has been utilized and will require written authorization from a qualified agent of your company to proceed with additional work, to be billed separately at the same discounted hourly rate.
